Avaloq Development for Financial Regulatory Reporting

Full time | Swiss home office and Zurich client site (Switzerland)


Your new role

Working together in a high-functioning development team, you use the Avaloq framework to build regulatory-reporting solutions. You support our collaborative efforts, using your reading and writing skills in SQL to interpret scripts developed by others in your team.

As part of your responsibilities, you examine business needs and take a systemic approach to create solutions. From time to time, you manage incidents, provide technical support, and handle documentation.

Your team is embedded with a MasonBreese banking client to provide support on-site. Here, you interface and collaborate with various English-speaking stakeholders. As someone who communicates with ease, you discuss design proposals, technical specificities, and implementation.

Under COVID rules, you work remotely and meet with the client if needed—potentially up to two days per week.

This job is for you if

  • You are looking forward to supporting an enthusiastic and motivated team with your certified skills in Avaloq development.

  • You enjoy using your writing and reading SQL skills and have a good understanding of data and how to use and structure it.

  • You have prior experience with financial regulatory reporting.

  • You hold a Swiss B-permit, or a passport issued by the EU, Switzerland, or a country recognized by Switzerland.
